1. Deposit

Customers must pay a BDT 3,000 deposit per smartphone at the time of pre-order.

Gifts will be provided with the smartphone at final delivery (within 5 days after the official launch), subject to stock availability.

3. Product Delivery

The smartphone will be delivered within 5 days after the official launch.

4. Color & Variant Availability

Color and storage variants depend on available stock at the respective IBP/IBO shop. Customers can only choose from what is available at the time of delivery.

5. Gift Eligibility & SIM Activation

• Gifts are only applicable for the end customer who purchases the device.
• The device must be operated using a SIM card (Wi-Fi only usage is not valid).
• Gifts will be disbursed only after successful SIM card activation on the purchased device.

6. Cancellation Policy

If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance or collect the phone within 5 days from the delivery start date, the pre-order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Campaign Rights

Infinix reserves the right to change, cancel, or stop this campaign at any time without prior notice.
